ICAS (the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Scotland) had seen massive change to how they worked and how they wanted to be seen. This was accelerated by the covid pandemic when they found themselves switching their teaching - and business activities online. In the midst of this they commissioned Calgary to completely renew their EVP to reflect their changes and approach to attracting and retaining the best talent.
